All classes will be added shortly. Please note additional communication will also be shared via the Hung Sao Do Facebook pages that are managed by your own club instructors.

Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class to begin your warm, and remember to bring all your kit.

Please remember to respect the safety of other students should you test positive for coronavirus before the class and self isolate in line with the latest government guidance.
